RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE

The anti-corruption policy applies to all employees , independent representatives , contractors, subcontractors, consultants , business partners and all other parties to cooperate with CONCORDIA Agency s.r.o.

It is the responsibility of all the above mentioned parties to ensure the prevention and detection of bribes, while all the reports must be filed in accordance with this policy.

GIFTS AND ENTERTAINMENT

Gifts and entertainment are part of a legitimate business and should be carried out in accordance with this policy. If gifts are inappropriate can be considered a bribe or conflicts of interest . Under all circumstances, should be conducted verification in receiving and giving any form of gifts and entertainment in the name CONCORDIA Agency s.r.o.

All charitable donations are recorded in a written report containing CEO CONCORDIA Agency s.r.o. Charitable grants may not be given and taken in cash.

CONCORDIA Agency s.r.o. does not make any subsidies to political parties to benefit.
