EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school degree
• 2-3 Year Pastry Apprenticeship preferable
• Previous experience in reputable hotel, restaurant..
• Knowledge of public health standards (USPH) related to the Galley Operation
• Basic Chocolate and Sugar work knowledge
• Basic computer knowledge

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Ability to speak and read clearly in English.
• Ability to communicate with management.
• Ability to understand and interpret written procedures.
