EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school degree
- 2-3 Year Pastry Apprenticeship preferable
- Previous experience in reputable hotel, restaurant..
- Knowledge of public health standards (USPH) related to the Galley Operation
- Basic Chocolate and Sugar work knowledge
- Basic computer knowledge
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to speak and read clearly in English.
- Ability to communicate with management.
- Ability to understand and interpret written procedures.
