Pozícia Maséra/-ky si vyžaduje:
- veľmi dobrú znalosť nemeckého jazyka a komunikatívnu znalosť angličtiny
- Zmluva je na 4-6 mesiacov, plat 1.000,- € + provízie
- ubytovanie a strava zabezpečené na lodi zdarma a taktiež STCW bezpečnostné kurzy absolvujete na lodi, nie vopred
Podmienky:
- min. vek 21 rokov
- predošlá prax maséra/-ky min. posledné 2 roky
- skúsenosti s pílingom, body maskami alebo Thalasso terapiou sú nevyhnutné
- ďalšie zručnosti ako Thai Yoga massage, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi atď sú žiadané
- dobré organizačné zručnosti
- zodpovednosť, flexibilita, ochota vzdelávať sa
- orientácia na zákazníka a komunikačné schopnosti
- pozitívny prístup
- priateľské vystupovanie, príjemný vzhľad
- tímový duch a nasadenie pre prácu
Responsibility:
- Providing professional care to guests within the SPA & Sport area.
- As masseur, applying a high level of specialist expertise to massage and spa treatments such as peelings and body masks, to produce a professional and successful result.
- Providing expert advice before, during and after the treatment.
- Giving competent sales advice and informed sales pitches.
- Dealing with criticism from guests in an appropriate and confident manner.
- Taking part in active cross-selling; making the guest aware of recommended offers in all areas of the SPA & Sport department (SPA & Meer, Sport & Gesundheit, nutrition, Bike, etc.).
- Using all resources responsibly and bearing in mind the goal of commercial success at all times.
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, e. g. in cabins, and general cleanliness throughout the SPA.
- Supporting the team with any other tasks, as required.
- Offering the guest a tea or water before or after the treatment, as appropriate.
- Ensuring proper care and maintenance of all equipment, such as treatment cots, etc. (the employee will be liable for any loss resulting from negligence).
- Organizing various promotional events, e. g. SPA evenings, etc.
- Daily cleaning of the treatment rooms in team work.
- Assisting with check-in on embarkation day.
- Monitoring the strict adherence to safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines (PH/ShipSan, HACCP, ISM/ & ISO, SQM, TUIC service standards) in his/her area of responsibility; regularly attending documented training courses run by department heads.
- Reporting and dealing with relevant incidents, such as safety issues and breaches, damage, repairs, etc.
- Knowing the muster list number and what to do in the event of an emergency.
